I believe physical fitness involves integrating movement into your life throughout your day!
I am a wellness activist, a mother of three children, and a proud Nana. If you think for one minute you can’t change your life, consider this… at the age of 47, which was one of the lowest moments in my life, I trained to run a marathon.. I was not a runner, and I wasn’t sure I could complete the training, let alone the race.
While I had little confidence in myself back then, what I did have was a great coach and a team to support me. Thanks to their help, as I crossed the finish line of my first marathon I cried…not because of the pain in my legs but I felt empowered; realizing I could do anything! Running became an important part of my life and at 52 years old I even qualified for the Boston Marathon.
I made a ton of mistakes and learned from every single one. I went from spiritually lacking to a woman of strength—first on the inside, then on the outside.
I understand personal suffering. I know what it is like to question who we are and what we can accomplish. I know that having the right coaching team behind you can lift you to achieve beyond your dreams.
